Divine Mother Package Investment:
Recognising that every mother’s financial circumstances are different, I offer a tiered pricing structure with the wish that postpartum care will become more accessible to all. This approach is inspired by the Green Bottle Method developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, which supports you in choosing a rate that reflects your financial capacity and privilege.
A beautiful way to receive postpartum care is as a meaningful gift from your loved ones. This can be woven into a traditional blessingway, where your community gathers to honour you in this rite of passage and contribute towards your postpartum care, rather than bringing gifts for the baby. This allows you to feel deeply supported, nourished and held as you transition into motherhood, with care that continues to support you beyond the early weeks.

Sanna was an a blessing to have around after Nina's birth. She came in after the first week of birth, with a weeks full of nourishing food, abhyanga massage and even took care of my 3yo whilst I breastfed the new babe.
I loved how the warm and nourishing Ayurvedic food helped my digestion get back on track and avoid the painful constipation that I experienced after my first birth. Sanna cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and prepared beverages for me for an entire week. Everything tasted amazing and helped fuel my body post birth.
Her abhyanga massage and herbal steam helped alleviate tension in my body and hydrate my skin too. I fell asleep both times as I was so relaxed!
I would highly recommend Sanna and her doula services to any new mother! She has the most kind, caring and gentle energy that makes you feel held, comfortable and loved.

Doula Support + Ceremony
Closing of the Bones Ceremony
Investment — sliding scale $550 - $700
During pregnancy and birth, our physical bodies and energy fields expand more than they ever will to grow and bring forth human life. Traditional postpartum care practices offer a space to ground and close the physical and energetic body of a new mother, re-define personal boundaries, integrate the experience of birth and bring a mother back to herself.
This ritual takes place over 3-5hrs with 1 or 2 trained practitioners, depending on your chosen investment. We feel the price accurately reflects the time and energy that is put into the preparation and holding of this sacred and important ritual. Please reach out to discuss if a Closing of the Bones Ceremony would be suitable for you, whether during postpartum or at another life threshold.
“Mexican postpartum traditions and rituals have been celebrated for centuries and are dedicated to caring for new mothers with the purpose of uplifting and soothing her body as well as her spirit. The rituals offer a new mother the opportunity to come back to herself, massaging, cleansing, purifying, relaxing and closing her body in a soothing and special way, with gratitude towards her as the source of life that she is.”

Rasa Mama - first 3 days meal preparation
Investment — $900
In Ayurveda, the first 3 days of postpartum is considered an important time for sparking agni, our digestive fire. After birth there is a significant increase in vata dosha, the space and ether elements of being. Vata derangement is one of the key contributors to factors such as postpartum depression, mental disorientation and confusion, difficulty connecting with baby postpartum and symptoms of excess cold. Ayurveda understood this and so offers guidance on how to gently enkindle agni and re-build the 7 tissues, the first being the rasa which is the fluid that supports breastmilk to come in. This is why it is so important to be properly nourished and hydrated within the first 3 days of postpartum.
