Your Local Ayurvedic Therapist
Sanna Coudoux is a certified Ayurvedic therapist, offering traditional Ayurvedic therapies designed to support the body’s natural healing processes. Her work draws on classical Ayurvedic medicine, including Abhyanga (full body oil massage) and Basti treatments, to restore balance across the nervous, digestive, and musculoskeletal systems.
Each session is tailored to the individual, taking into account your unique constitution (dosha) and current state of imbalance. Using warm, medicated herbal oils and rhythmic, intentional touch, these treatments help calm the nervous system, improve circulation, support detoxification, and promote overall wellbeing.
Sanna’s approach honours the depth of this traditional medicine while offering a grounded, personalised experience for modern life. She is practising under the guidance of the Raju Family; a lineage of traditional Vaidyas (Ayurvedic Physicians) committed to sharing and preserving the purity of Ayurveda.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine originating in India over 5,000 years ago. It works on the principle that health is created through balance — supporting the body, mind, and nervous system to return to an interconnected whole. Through the use of herbal oils, bodywork, and lifestyle practices, Ayurveda helps to regulate the body’s systems, improve digestion, calm the nervous system, and restore vitality.
Offering in-home Ayurvedic massage and bodywork across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.

“I had the opportunity to receive chakra basti treatments from Sanna during a time of major life changes, and the experience was truly transformative. Sanna created a beautiful, peaceful treatment space in my home and offered exceptional care and attention.
The chakra basti treatments helped me feel deeply calm, rebalanced, and restored a flow of energy that had felt blocked. Sanna has a very special healing presence, and I’m incredibly grateful for her support. I highly recommend her treatments to anyone seeking deep energetic healing and balance.”

Absolutely everyone. Ayurveda is an age old system that is based on the recognition of the interplay between ourselves and nature. It works to bring balance back to the body, mind and spirit by assessing lifestyle and environmental factors that have led to imbalance. Uniquely formulated medicated oils are prescribed for treatments that open the channels and support the doshas or imbalances to return to a state of equilibrium, which is usually not as far off as we think.
